We are excited to share with you some of our most recent implementations from July & August 2026:
Harvard University - Harvard University implemented the Cirrus Identity Enterprise Bridge with Okta to support both SAML and CAS applications. They coordinated with dozens of application owners to test both SAML and CAS applications ahead of go-live. This extensive testing and coordination surfaced issues that were resolved before the final go-live date, contributing to a smooth and successful launch. Harvard also implemented the DNS Add-On as part of their migration from Apereo CAS and Shibboleth while maintaining access to InCommon applications.
Kennesaw State University - Kennesaw State University implemented the Cirrus Identity Enterprise Bridge with Entra ID to support both SAML and CAS applications as part of their transition from ADFS. Cirrus helped Kennesaw State navigate their InCommon registration and the Cirrus Bridge configuration went smoothly. Kennesaw State now feels confident deploying new applications.
Oakland University - Oakland University implemented the Cirrus Identity Enterprise Bridge with Entra ID to support hundreds of SAML and CAS applications. They leveraged DNS Add-On as part of their deployment to support a smooth transition from Shibboleth. Oakland University completed extensive pre-cutover testing to identify and resolve potential issues ahead of migration. The Oakland team’s strong engagement and thorough testing contributed to a smooth, successful cutover across an expansive application environment.
Quinnipiac University - Quinnipiac University, an existing InCommon member, implemented the Cirrus Identity Enterprise Bridge with Entra ID to support access to library resources. After utilizing Cirrus event logs, they had more visibility into which InCommon applications were being accessed by their end users.
UC Berkeley - UC Berkeley, an existing customer, expanded their subscription to introduce a new Proxy environment to manage alumni and guest access. Their initial migration priorities were alumni and integration with the MyBerkeley Alumni Portal. As part of their implementation, we onboarded UC Berkeley to IDAdmin, which the service desk now uses to help manage identities.
UC Riverside - UC Riverside, an existing customer, expanded their subscription to introduce a new Proxy environment to manage Riverside Community College District (RCCD) students residing in UCR dorms who need access to UCR resources. UCR leveraged our new Managed Identities to manage access using RCCD credentials. Once RCCD students no longer reside in dorms, their access is rightsized to remove access to unnecessary UCR resources. Additionally, UCR is leveraging IDAdmin to manage identities.
University of Florida - The University of Florida, an existing customer, came to us with a temporary need to help support a larger campus effort as they transition from PeopleSoft to WorkDay. Cirrus implemented a new Proxy and Proxy Connector to grant UF and UF Health end users access to a SAML application (Evisort). Using a standard implementation approach, the project moved quickly with strong coordination among all participants. The project was completed in two months, and the solution is now live.
